RETURN/ REFUND

We accept return and full refund request, and free return shipping fee on us:

1. Parcel still in original sealed condition (not used)
2. Within 7 days you receive the parcel due to no reason (change of mind)

The refund may not be accepted in following condition:

1. Item comes with local manufacture warranty and has been opened/ used. Any manufacture defect or issue shall refer back to manufacture service centre
2. The item has been damaged due to customer fault
3. The item has been customised to specific buyer
