RETURN/ REFUND
We accept return and full refund request, and free return shipping fee on us:
- Parcel still in original sealed condition (not used)
- Within 7 days you receive the parcel due to no reason (change of mind)
The refund may not be accepted in following condition:
- Item comes with local manufacture warranty and has been opened/ used. Any manufacture defect or issue shall refer back to manufacture service centre
- The item has been damaged due to customer fault
- The item has been customised to specific buyer
