SELLING TO WMART
- Customer needs to be at least 18 years old or above
- All devices will be screen through SPEX (Stolen and Lost Property Index) to ensure there is no lost or stolen records reported. It is an offence to resale stolen/lost devices and we will report to Police once found.
- Customer needs to submit front and back of NRIC or other government passes as required by Secondhand Dealers Goods License.
Wmart provides conveniency and transparency for customers to sellback their brand new/ used devices online in following steps:
- Select your device's model
- Get instant transparent quotation from us (no other hidden cost)
- Schedule our free courier pick up at your preferred timing or visit our store
- Get paid within 2 hours (courier service) / Paid on spot (store visit)
- We do not accept damage device (unable to power up)
- We do not accept stolen/lost device
- We do not accept export set
We will contact you and provide explanation of the actual condition with a revision quote. If you agree with revised quote, we will close the deal and transfer the payment. However, if you disagree we will return you the device on next working day.
Other than described in scenario no. 3, we will bear return delivery fee even if your device does not match with description submitted and you do not accept our revised price
